Program Goal Statement: To develop a more powerful, explosive athlete, over an extended period of time.

Looking for a way to give your child a leg up on the competition? Many times athletes experience “burn out” from playing sports year round. Our program will provide relief from the burn out. The 5SCF Youth Strength and Conditioning program is designed to help develop your child’s strength & athletic ability and have fun while doing it!

Training is performed both individually as well as in teams. On top of an increased strength and athletic ability, your child will gain self confidence and a greater ability to work as a team. Our training atmosphere allows for an accelerated increase in self confidence and teamwork, as compared to simply practicing your sport. 

All classes are coached by certified trainers and class sizes are limited to allow more 1 on 1 coaching.
